Simply Somersworth Jenne

My name is Jenne and I originally hail from Old England. I landed in New England many moons ago, but not with the occupants of the Mayflower as some may have you believe. I'm not sure if I adopted Somersworth or it adopted me to be honest, but however it happened Somersworth, NH has been my home for many years. My passion for history and for writing have over the past few years become entwined with each other as evidenced by my column, "Simply Somersworth" which appears weekly in Fosters Daily Democrat. As a director of the Summersworth Historical Museum I have access to many historical documents and I believe that we can never truly know where we are going until we know where we have been. I hope by sharing my love of history and Somersworth I can make a small difference to the people who also choose to call Somersworth home.
